COOPERSTOWN _ In Otsego County Court on June 27 before Judge Brian Burns:

ä Gable L. Bugel, 18, of Oneonta, pleaded innocent at arraignment to charges of second-degree burglary and fourth-degree arson.

According to court records, the arson allegedly occurred Oct. 31 and the burglary, Jan. 10, in the city of Oneonta. The arson charge relates to the Dietz Street fire that left seven homeless and damaged three businesses.

Bugel is free on $2,000 bail and is scheduled to return to court at a later date.

ä An indictment was filed charging William J. Bonsignore, 28, of Davenport, with third-degree burglary and fourth-degree grand larceny.

According to court records, the incident allegedly occurred Oct. 6 in the town of Worcester.

Bonsignore is scheduled to be arraigned Friday.
