In Otsego County Court on June 9:
ä Heidi A. Morgan, 23, of Bainbridge, was sentenced to three years in prison, three years' post-release supervision and ordered to pay $71,400 in restitution for second-degree attempted burglary.
According to court records, the incident occurred in 2005 in the town of Milford.
She also was ordered to pay a $270 surcharge and crime victims' fee and $50 DNA fee.
In Otsego County Court on June 6 before Judge Brian Burns, Gordon Huckins, 47, of Roseboom was sentenced to 2 1/3-to-seven years in prison for driving while intoxicated.
According to court records, the incident occurred Nov. 10 in Roseboom. Huckins also was sentenced to 90 days in jail for resisting arrest.
He was ordered to pay $375 in restitution for damage to the county jail, was fined $1,500 and assessed a $270 surcharge and crime victims' fee and a $25 DWI surcharge.
Also in court June 6 before Burns:
ä Mackenzie D. Lyons, 17, of Hartwick, was sentenced to five years' probation and six months in jail for third-degree burglary.
According to court records, the incident occurred Sept. 18 in the town of Otsego.
Lyons also was ordered to pay restitution of about $904 and was assessed a $270 surcharge and crime victims' fee and a $50 DNA fee.
ä Robert O. Baker, 38, of Otego, was sentenced to five years' probation for DWI. According to court records, the incident occurred Sept. 8 in the town of Oneonta.
Baker also was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine, a $270 surcharge and crime victims' fee, and a $25 DWI fee.
ä James H. Nichols, 67, of Otsego, was sentenced to 10 years' probation for first-degree sexual abuse. He was assessed a $1,000 supplemental sex-offender fee, a $50 sex-offender registration fee, a $50 DNA fee and a $270 surcharge and crime victims' fee.
ä James S. Rundblad, 51, of Worcester, pleaded innocent at arraignment to a charge of DWI.
According to court records, the incident occurred Feb. 23 in Decatur. Rundblad was released on his own recognizance.
ä Scott Elderkin, 35, of Oneonta, pleaded innocent at arraignment to charges of fourth-degree grand larceny and first-degree scheme to defraud.
According to court records, the incidents occurred in October in Laurens. He was released on his own recognizance to await further court proceedings.
ä Joseph D. Roberts, 33, of Hobart, pleaded innocent at arraignment to a charge of third-degree grand larceny.
According to court records, the incident occurred in the town of Worcester.
Roberts is free on $5,000 cash bail.
ä Martin Bernardo, 43, of Hobe Sound, Fla., pleaded innocent at arraignment to a charge of third-degree grand larceny.
According to court records, the incident occurred between Nov. 30, 2006, and April 1, 2007, in the town of Hartwick.
Bernardo is free on $10,000 bail and scheduled to return to court Friday .
