An Oneonta man was arrested Thursday in connectiono with incidents of sexual intercourse with a girl younger than 17, Otsego deputies said.
Andrew R. Feld, 44, was charged with third-degree rape, second- and third- degree criminal sexual act, all felonies, and acting in a manner injurious to child younger than 17, deputies said. He faces up to 11 years in prison if convicted, deputies said.
The girl was an acquaintance and the incidents occurred between April and November, deputies said.
Feld was sent to Otsego County jail on $15,000 cash bail, pending appearance in Oneonta Town Court on Dec. 20, deputies said.
