Two indictments were handed up Thursday in state Supreme Court of Otsego County before Justice Michael Coccoma.
Eugene Lowton, III, 34, address unavailable, was indicted for first-degree criminal possession of marijuana.
According to court records, the incident occurred March 11 in the town of Worcester.
Lowton is in jail in lieu of $80,000 bail, and is scheduled to appear in Otsego County Court July 13 before Judge John Lambert.
Jacquelynne M. Sutton, 23, no address available, was indicted for second-degree assault.
According to court records, the incident occurred April 14 in the village of Cooperstown.
Sutton, who is not in jail, is scheduled to appear in Otsego County Court on July 10 before Judge Brian Burns.
