Well, we haven’t had a budget in Washington in more than three years and have had more than a year to fix this thing they like to call the fiscal cliff. I do feel sorry for them, though; they have had a lot of things get in their way, like holiday breaks, vacations and, most important of all, getting re-elected.
Besides, if they had a budget, some people might actually expect them to follow it. It’s easier to borrow money from China and let someone else worry about paying it back.
On another note, I’m glad to see that four people have been transferred to desk jobs to cover up the “Fast and Furious” operation. While we are at it, I now see that four people have been transferred in the wake of the Benghazi incident, and Hillary Clinton can’t tell anybody what she knew because she has a concussion (convenient?). Well, I hope she recovers and doesn’t have any memory loss.
The government has blood on its hands; maybe someone will bring Obama a bowl of water and a towel.
