Otsego County

Monday: Chicken stew with potatoes, onion, celery, carrots, green beans and mushrooms/biscuit, Brussels sprouts, waffle cookie.

Tuesday: Tossed salad, goulash, cauliflower, warm roll, diced rosy pears.

Wednesday: Virginia baked ham with pineapples and cherries, sweet potato souffle, French style green beans, fruited muffin, cream pie.

Thursday: Turkey with gravy, seasoned stuffing, broccoli, cranberry orange relish, vanilla ice cream.

Friday: Breaded fish on a bun, macaroni and cheese, Brussels sprouts, lemon pudding.

Delaware County

Wednesday: Chicken Florentine, winter squash, snow on the mountain, whole wheat bread, ice box cake.

Thursday: Crab-topped tilapia, oven-browned potatoes, steamed broccoli, coleslaw, whole wheat bread, ice cream.

Friday: Roast turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes, steamed peas, cranberry sauce, whole wheat bread, pears.

Wednesday: Baked Virginia ham with pineapple and cherries, fresh baked potato, broccoli with cheese sauce, dinner roll and apple pie.

Thursday: Meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, peas, wheat bread, butterscotch pudding, diet pudding.

Friday: No meals served.
