Jeffers - VanVranken

Brian and Mary Jeffers announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Jeffers, to Gerrit VanVranken, the son of Robert and JoAnn VanVranken, all of Edmeston.

The groom-to-be proposed on Dec. 17, and the couple will marry on Nov. 16. They have been together for 2½ years.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Jane Carkner of Otego and the late Raymond Jeffers of Milford and Audrey Jeffers of Edmeston. She is a 2007 graduate of Edmeston Central School and works as a certified nursing assistant.

Her fiancé is the grandson of John and the late Mildred VanVranken of Edmeston and Carl and Carolyn Lindberg of Burlington. He is a 2004 graduate of Edmeston Central School and works as an Internet Technologies professional.

The couple lives in Syracuse, with their beloved kitty, Shadow.
