Senior Menus: May 21 to 26

Otsego County

Monday: Sweet sausage with peppers and onions, penne pasta with broccoli with garlic cream sauce, peaches.

Tuesday: Baked fish with cream herb sauce, au gratin potatoes, brussels sprouts, butterscotch pudding.

Wednesday: Barbecued chicken, potato egg salad, Oriental blend vegetables, warm fruit crisp.

Thursday: Goulash, cauliflower, warm roll, peaches.

Friday: Tossed salad, sliced turkey on a sandwich roll, macaroni salad, mandarin oranges.

Delaware County

Monday: Spaghetti with sauce, meatballs, yellow squash, tossed salad, garlic bread, fruit cocktail.

Wednesday: Citrus chicken, baked potato, mixed vegetables, cranberry orange salad, whole wheat bread, brownie.

Thursday: Crab-topped tilapia, oven browned potatoes, Harvard beets, whole wheat bread, butterscotch pudding.

Friday: Roast turkey, traditional gravy, mashed sweet potatoes, steamed peas, whole wheat bread, ice cream.

Thursday: Roasted pork with gravy, baked potato, steamed spinach, rye bread, applesauce.

Friday: Chef's salad with turkey, ham, hard boiled egg and cheese, potato salad, dinner roll, pears and apricots.
