Russell Renwick, weighing eight pounds three and one-quarter ounces, arrived at Bassett Hospital at 12:41 p.m. Tuesday, probably The Star area’s first 1963 baby. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Renwick Jr. of RD 3, Cooperstown. The Renwicks have two other children, Katherine, age four, and Larry, age two.
