The Susquehanna Chapter of the Adirondack Mountain Club recently announced its schedule for November.
For Tuesday hike meeting time and places, call the leaders or Bev Hensle at 286-9126. Ernie and Heide Mahlke hike on weekends and welcome other to join them. Call 432-2583.
Participants must have a level of fitness appropriate for the type of activity and must bring proper clothing and gear, including enough water to stay hydrated. Carpool participants are asked to contribute toward gas costs.

Tuesday, hike at Riddell Park, Oneonta, led by Linda Pierce, 432-8966.
Nov. 8, to be announced, led by Virginia and Currie Marr, 432-5434.
Nov. 15, hike in Wilber Park, Oneonta, led by Jim and Charlene Higgins, 432-7012.
Nov. 22, hike at Basswood Pond led by Linda Melchionne, (315) 858 0359.
Nov. 29, hike the Greenway, led by Julie Smith, 432-8642.
The monthly meeting will be Nov. 16 at Elm Park United Methodist Church at 401 Chestnut St. in Oneonta.
A dish-to-share dinner will begin at 6 p.m. with program at 7 p.m. The program will be "Adventures of two National Park Service ranger volunteers."
Scott Lauffer and Kathy Cronin spent two summers as National Park Service ranger volunteers, living and working in the Holzwarth Historic District on the west side of Rocky Mountain National Park.
They will talk about their adventures at the park on and off the job.
Lauffer will tell of his near-death fall from a high mountain ridge and being air-lifted to the hospital.
