Anne Wilkens of Oneonta will celebrate her 90th birthday on July 22.
Wilkens, originally from Germany, has two children, Louise Wilkens Leary and Walter Wilkens his wife, Tinny Wilkens, of Oneonta.
She has four grandchildren, Rachael Leary Elias and her husband, Corey Elias, of Sidney, Maine, Stephanie Leary of Portland, Maine, Andy Wilkens of Plattsburgh and Anissa Wilkens of Oneonta.
Wilkens owned a German delicatessen in Bayside before operating a dairy farm with her late husband, Henry Wilkens, in Bovina Center.
The couple moved to Oneonta to run an apartments rentals business before retiring.

Annual Yard Sale Day set in Otego
The Otego Yard Sale Day organizers are preparing a map of the location of the participating homes and groups. Those interested in adding their location should call Bill Boerner at 988-7973 before Tuesday. Maps will be available, free of charge, at Jake's Deli, the Silversmith's and Harris Memorial Library starting Thursday.

"Draping the Pews," a free, nonjuried quilt show, will be presented from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 15 at the Fly Creek United Methodist Church. Refreshments will be served.
