A legislative briefing by the Business Council of New York State at Foothills Performing Arts Center in Oneonta has been moved back to lunchtime today.
Barbara Ann Heegan, executive director of the Otsego County Chamber, said late Tuesday that anticipated bad weather necessitated rescheduling the briefing from this morning.
Attendees will be provided a detailed analysis of Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s budget, specifically how it would close a $1 billion-plus spending-gap with no new taxes or fees while providing additional mandate relief.
The presentation will be part of the chamber’s Made in New York and annual networking luncheon. The cost is $20 for members and $30 for non-members.
