NYSEG has released estimated restoration times for the first time since Hurricane Irene swept through the region.
The electric utility is giving estimates of restoration between Sept. 1 and Sept. 3 for towns in Otsego County. New York State Electric & Gas gave a similar range of dates for Delaware County, although in Roxbury, the estimate of restoration is Sept. 7.
