Taylor J. Church, 22, Walton, Sept. 28, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, petit larceny.

William L. Stanton, 34, Walton, Sept. 29, bench warrant for failure to appear on a charge of issuing a bad check.

Justin G. Bolivar, 20, Walton, Sept. 29, second-degree burglary, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and fourth-degree criminal mischief; Oct. 4, two counts of issuing a bad check.

John K. Mahler, 21, Delhi, Sept. 30, on a warrant for second-degree criminal contempt.

Lauri L. Walley, 50, Walton, Oct. 4, driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 percent, consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle, inadequate plate lamps.
