9. References to any type of sexual activity and other private matters.
10. Random and inflammatory statements that are off topic.
11. Advertising of any kind.
12. Typing in all caps.

1. Create conversation on issues of interest and concern to fellow readers and local community members.
2. Express opinions and contrarian views.
3. Stimulate debate with respectful language.

Lampo

Vanessa George Lampo and Matthew Michael Lampo of Ballston Lake announce the birth of a son, Tyler Michael Lampo, born Dec. 21 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Troy.

Tyler Michael weighed 7 pounds and was 20 1/2 inches long.

Tyler joins brother Owen, 3 years old.

His maternal grandparents are Tom and Connie George of Oneonta.

His paternal grandparents are Gus and Janet Lampo of Oneonta.

The following births were recently announced at A.O. Fox Memorial Hospital in Oneonta:

Jan. 5: Born to Sabrina Barnes and Jared Barnes of Delhi, a son, 7 pounds, 11.2 ounces.

Jan. 19: Born to Erin Johnson and Matthew Johnson of Oneonta, a son, 7 pounds, 12 ounces.

Jan. 19: Born to Chanda Tweedie and Rick Tweedie of Unadilla, a son, 8 pounds, 14.6 ounces.

Jan. 22: Born to Sarah Ashton and Chad Baumes of Unadilla, a son, 7 pounds, 13.1 ounces.
