COMMENTING ON STORIES:

Coinciding with our websites redesign, we launched our new story comments feature through Disqus.

8. Content that is harmful to children and minors in any way.
9. References to any type of sexual activity and other private matters.
10. Random and inflammatory statements that are off topic.
11. Advertising of any kind.
12. Typing in all caps.

1. Create conversation on issues of interest and concern to fellow readers and local community members.
2. Express opinions and contrarian views.
3. Stimulate debate with respectful language.

Johnston

Brittany and Scott Johnston of Morris announce the birth of a son Bryson Earl Johnston born Nov. 25 at Bassett Medical Center in Cooperstown.

Bryson Earl weighed 8 pounds, 10 ounces, and was 19 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Leon and Brenda Czaja of Bloomville. Paternal grandparents are Teresa Goulette of Morris, and Kenneth Johnston of Deposit.

Hathaway

Catherine Hobkirk and Andrew Hathaway of Oneonta announce the birth of a son, Jayden Joseph Hathaway, born Nov. 19 at Bassett Medical Center in Cooperstown.

Jayden Joseph weighed 8 pounds, 12 ounces, and was 21 inches long.

Grandparents are Robert and Jeannie Hobkirk of Oneonta. Great-grandmother is Catherine Gallagher, also of Oneonta.

Wake

Joshua and Savannah Wake of South Salem, formerly of Delhi, announce the birth of a daughter, Madison Ella Wake, born Nov. 1 at Norwalk Hospital in Norwalk, Conn.

Madison Ella weighed 8 pounds, and was 20½ inches long.
