11. Advertising of any kind.
12. Typing in all caps.

1. Create conversation on issues of interest and concern to fellow readers and local community members.
2. Express opinions and contrarian views.
3. Stimulate debate with respectful language.

The Daily Star — A.O. Fox Memorial Hospital

The following births were recently announced at A.O. Fox Memorial Hospital in Oneonta:

July 11: Born to Jamie Maxaner and Eric Maxaner of Downsville a son, 7 pounds, 7.2 ounces.

Aug. 15: Born to Samantha Pickwick and Tim Seymour of Sidney, a daughter, 7 pounds, 12 ounces.

Aug. 19: Born to Christina Gardner and Reginald Gardner of DeLancey, a son, 5 pounds, 13 ounces.

haynes

Born to Sara and Brian Haynes of Bloomville a daughter, Blakely Rose Haynes born July 29 at Bassett Medical Center in Cooperstown.

Blakely Rose weighed 7 pounds, 12 ounces and was 21 inches long.

Grandparents are Jacqueline Myers, Hugo Nygren and Eric and Carol Haynes.

Great-grandparents are April Vance and Wilbur and Marjorie Haynes.
