3. Harassing, harmful, vulgar, obscene and defamatory language.
4. Threatening statements or statements that suggest violence.
5. Hate speech of any kind.
6. Intolerant comments on religion, race, age, gender, sexual preference or disabilities.
7. Accusations of criminal activity.
8. Content that is harmful to children and minors in any way.
9. References to any type of sexual activity and other private matters.
10. Random and inflammatory statements that are off topic.
11. Advertising of any kind.
12. Typing in all caps.

WE ENCOURAGE REASONABLE AND COURTEOUS COMMENTS THAT:

1. Create conversation on issues of interest and concern to fellow readers and local community members.
2. Express opinions and contrarian views.
3. Stimulate debate with respectful language.
4. Stay within the boundaries of these rules.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUSPEND OR TERMINATE ACCESS FOR:

1. Violating any of these Online Rules of Conduct.
2. Deliberately disrupting discussions with repetitive messages, meaningless messages or spam.

Gorence

Tara and Brian Gorence of Jefferson announce the birth of a daughter, Katherine Gorence, born Aug. 23, at Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown.

Katherine weighed 8 pounds, 10 ounces, and was 21 inches long.

Fraser

Stephanie and Charles Fraser II of Morris announce the birth of a daughter, Lainey Paige Fraser, born Sept. 20, at Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown.

Lainey weighed 8 pounds, 3 ounces, and was 21 inches long.

Lainey was welcomed into the world by her parents, her sister, Daphne, and brother, Keegan.

Maternal grandparents are Patricia Bushnell of Mount Vision and Steven Bushnell of Laurens. Paternal grandparents are Brenda and Charles Hulbert of Laurens and Charles and Dora Fraser of Davenport.

Post - Hartley

Katlyn Post and James Hartley of Roxbury announce the birth of a daughter, Jasmine Marie Hartley, born Sept. 16, at A.O. Fox Memorial Hospital in Oneonta.

Jasmine weighed 7 pounds, 12 ounces, and was 20 inches long.

Shultis - Louden

Angelina Shultis and Shane Louden of Oneonta announce the birth of a daughter, Lyndzie Joy Louden, born Oct. 6, at Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown.

Lyndzie weighed 7 pounds, 15 ounces, and was 21 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Stephen Shultis of Wells Bridge and Nancy DeLong of Laurens. Paternal grandparents are Regina Gast of Laurens and Bryan Louden of Oneonta. Maternal great-grandparents are Nancy and Jim Benanati of Sidney and Joyce and Bruce Shultis of Maryland.
