Rathbun
Celia and Ryan Rathbun, of East Springfield, recently announced the birth of a daughter, Jossalynn Cady Grace Rathbun, born June 24, at Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown.
Jossalynn weighed 7 pounds, and was 21 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Tom Amy Garretson, of Cherry Valley. Paternal grandparents are Steve and Sharon Rathbun, of East Springfield. Maternal aunts are Bethany Garretson, of Arkansas, and Mallory Garretson, of Cherry Valley.

Sept. 21: Born to Nicole and Christopher Howard, of Downsville, a daughter, 7 pounds, 5 ounces.
Sept. 24: Born to Randi Sue and Joshua Lewis Gardepe, of Unadilla, a son, 8 pounds, 7 ounces.
Sept. 24: Born to Crystal Matthews and Jesse Voeks, of Roxbury, a son, 8 pounds, 13 ounces.
