11. Advertising of any kind.
12. Typing in all caps.

1. Create conversation on issues of interest and concern to fellow readers and local community members.
2. Express opinions and contrarian views.
3. Stimulate debate with respectful language.

Segreto

Michael and Katerina Segreto of Oneonta announce the birth of a son, Giovanni Segreto, born Feb. 11 at A.O. Fox Memorial Hospital in Oneonta.

Giovanni weighed 8 pounds, 8 ounces, and was 21 ¾ inches long.

Demby - Dolan

Jessica Demby and Daniel Dolan of Worcester announce the birth of a son, Kaleb Alexander Demby Dolan, born Feb. 16 at Bassett Medical Center in Cooperstown.

Kaleb Alexander weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces, and was 20 inches long.

A.O. Fox Memorial Hospital

The following births were recently announced at A.O. Fox Hospital in Oneonta:

Feb. 6: Born to Samone R. VanBuren of Davenport, a son, 7 pounds, 1.6 ounces.

Feb. 10: Born to Amy Turner and Jonathan Turner of Unadilla, a son, 6 pounds, 4.7 ounces.

Feb. 22: Born to Valerie Maggio and Christian Volk of Sidney, a son, 10 pounds, 6.9 ounces.

Feb. 29: Born to Cassandra Vanburen and Donald Vanburen of Walton, a daughter, 6 pounds, 14.6 ounces.

March 1: Born to Erin Grant and Matthew Romano of Oneonta, a daughter, 6 pounds, 7.6 ounces.
