11. Advertising of any kind.
12. Typing in all caps.

1. Create conversation on issues of interest and concern to fellow readers and local community members.
2. Express opinions and contrarian views.
3. Stimulate debate with respectful language.

Dec. 19: Born to Amanda Simonds and Donald Simonds of Franklin, a daughter, 7 pounds, 13 ounces.

Dec. 20: Born to Michelle McAdams and Darrick Cole of Westford, a son, 6 pounds, 10 ounces.
