12. Typing in all caps.

1. Create conversation on issues of interest and concern to fellow readers and local community members.
2. Express opinions and contrarian views.

The following births were recently announced at A.O. Fox Memorial Hospital in Oneonta:

May 7: Born to Kelly Post and Tyler Post of Otego, a daughter 6 pounds, 13 ounces.

May 13: Born to Patricia Closs and Arthur Closs of Walton, a son 5 pounds, 9.2 ounces.

May 13: Born to Toni Goodrich and Joey Goodrich of Maryland, a daughter 7 pounds, 10.6 ounces.

May 15: Born to Sarah Benson and Zachary Benson of Walton, a son 8 pounds, 6.7 ounces.

May 21: Born to Tonya Walling and Neil Walling of Norwich, a daughter, 8 pounds, 11.4 ounces.

May 21: Born to Sarah A. Jahnke and Charles D. Jahnke of Schenevus, a daughter, 7 pounds, 10 ounces.
