11. Advertising of any kind.
12. Typing in all caps.

1. Create conversation on issues of interest and concern to fellow readers and local community members.
2. Express opinions and contrarian views.
3. Stimulate debate with respectful language.
4. Stay within the boundaries of these rules.

March 18: Born to Danielle Hochbrueckner and Christopher Walters of Oneonta, a daughter, 8 pounds, 9 ounces.

March 22: Born to Amber Rikard and Nathaniel Stoesser of Jefferson, a son, 7 pounds, 6 ounces.
