12. Typing in all caps.

1. Create conversation on issues of interest and concern to fellow readers and local community members.
2. Express opinions and contrarian views.

The Walton Police Department arrested a 16-year-old male from Walton and a 17-year-old male from Trout Creek on Sunday night in connection with a fire on the Delaware County Fairgrounds that destroyed the 4-H Horse Barn on Sunday.

Both were charged with arson in the fourth degree and were arraigned before Judge Paul Laauser and remanded to Delaware County Jail in lieu of $10,000.00 bail each. They are to reappear before Laauser on Wednesday for a felony hearing.
