Janice and Sylvester (Revett) Lloyd were married on Aug. 18, 1962, at East Meadow Methodist Church in East Meadow on Long Island.
The couple have three children: Laurie (Stephen) Decker, Jeffrey (Kim), and Christopher (Natalie). They are the grandparents of five granddaughters.
Jan and Sy worked as educators in Smithtown and Greenlawn, on Long Island. Upon retirement, they moved back to Sy's hometown, Otego.
A family celebration is planned for later in the year at Myrtle Beach, S.C.
